Product Return Policy

Facing any problem with the product?

Not to worry, a simplified process will help you to get your product returned that meets the described conditions:

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Damaged / Dead item(s) received
  • Item is missing parts or accessories
  • Item received is different from what was ordered

Terms & Conditions:

  • Products purchased from us are eligible under two conditions that if the product(s) received is/are defective or does not work properly.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the returned item if the item(s) is/are not according to the policy mentioned.
  • If you wish to return a product(s) that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Nandini Herbal shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  • Please notify us within the given timeline of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product for a speedy return/replacement process. If you are unable to get in touch with us, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under the warranty coverage, we will arrange a reverse pick up and one of our shipping partner will be scheduled to pick up the product to be returned.
  • Returned product(s) is/are to be shipped in the original packing.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase attached with the returned product(s).

Return Process

Properly package the item, all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the Manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item un-returnable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Ship the package to the address mentioned below:

Once we receive your package, we will inspect your returned items to ensure they meet the above guidelines. If the item and packaging are in resalable condition, we will process your refund or exchange or repair according to the company policy.

Please notify Nandini Herbal within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process. If you are unable to get in touch with Nandini Herbal, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.

In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request.

Not Accepting

We will not be able to accept any returns after 7 days from the date of delivery.

All the products claimed under returned goods after 7 days from the date of delivery will be considered under Warranty period in case of any non-working, factory damaged, dead on arrival or for any other product related technical or non-technical issues.

Refunds on products under some categories are not covered. However, we do provide a replacement in case of any factory defect on case to case basis.

We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken or used.

All the products including all its accessories delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Mode of Refund

For all products canceled and/or returned, you will be given a credit for the same amount you have already paid. A refund is processed based on the mode of payment.

  • Credit cards: Refunds are done back to the credit card itself
  • Net banking: Refunds are done to the bank account you made the payment from
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds are done to your bank account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
